What we are

Intellexa Solutions is a specialist consultancy for companies running
Acumatica and its vertical editions. The pattern we
exist for shows up everywhere: the ERP went live, but the reporting, the
integrations, and the data layer didn’t. Finance closes that don’t tie out,
production reports that don’t match the floor, a Report Designer that can’t
log into the SSO site, history that lives only inside a vendor’s database.

We close those gaps – and we leave behind a layer you own.

What we believe

When software can generate anything, proof becomes the product.
Anyone can produce a report, a dashboard, or a migration script. Almost nobody
proves the result is correct, that nothing adjacent changed, and that it’s
safe to promote. Every Intellexa delivery ships with that evidence – and a
human, not a tool, signs production-ready.

How we work

• Bounded engagements. Fixed, defined passes – assessment,
  build, install, reconciliation – not open-ended retainers.
• Inside your boundary. We work in your environment; the
  warehouse, the history, and the reconciled record are yours when the
  engagement ends.
• Plain answers. What’s proven and what’s pending is stated
  on every offer page, with dates. If something is a roadmap item, we say so
  before you ask.
