Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Intellexa Solutions
(“Intellexa,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website
(intellexasolutions.com), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep the
data we collect to the minimum needed to respond to you and deliver our
services.

Who we are

Intellexa Solutions is an independent consultancy providing ERP reporting,
integration, and data-infrastructure services for Acumatica and its vertical
editions. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below,
contact [email protected].

What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit the contact form,
    book a consultation, or email us, we receive the details you provide — such as
    your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message.
  • Scheduling information. If you book a call, our scheduling
    provider (Calendly) processes the booking details you enter, such as name,
    email, and selected time.
  • Technical and usage data. Like most websites, our hosting
    and security/CDN provider automatically log technical data such as IP address,
    browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, for security, reliability, and
    abuse-prevention purposes. We may use privacy-respecting website analytics to
    understand aggregate traffic.
  • Cookies. This site and the third-party tools embedded on
    it may set cookies or similar technologies necessary for the site to function,
    for security, and (where used) for analytics. You can control cookies through
    your browser settings.

We do not knowingly collect special-category personal data through this
site, and we ask that you not include confidential or regulated data in
contact-form messages.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule and conduct consultations.
  • To provide, and where engaged deliver, our services.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website.
  • To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

Our legal bases (where the GDPR or similar laws apply) are your consent,
our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and running our business,
and, once you are a client, performance of our engagement.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service
providers that help us run the site and our business, each acting on our
instructions, which may include:

  • our website host and our security/CDN provider (Cloudflare);
  • our scheduling provider (Calendly);
  • our email provider;
  • Google services where enabled (for example, website analytics);
  • professional advisors, or authorities where required by law.

Some of these providers may process data in the United States or other
countries; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such
transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and engagement data only as long as needed for the purposes
above and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or
anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct,
delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain
processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the
CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete, and we do not sell or
“share” personal information as those terms are defined. To exercise any right,
email [email protected];
we will respond as required by applicable law. You may also complain to your
local data-protection authority.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the
information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure,
so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above
reflects the current version.
